1. About the service and these terms
Vaccinkoll is a digital health service operated by Leonin AB (registration number 559578-2375), referred to below as "we", "us", or "Vaccinkoll". The service allows you to log your vaccination history, store vaccination certificates, and receive reminders for upcoming doses.
By creating an account and using Vaccinkoll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are not permitted to use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent and will be responsible for the account.
You represent that the information you provide at registration is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Your account
3.1 Creation and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately at support@vaccinkoll.se if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.2 One account per person
Each individual may hold one account. Family profiles (managing records for multiple family members) are handled under a single premium account.
3.3 Account closure
You may close your account at any time under Settings in the service. See the Privacy Policy for information on how your data is handled after closure.
4. Nature of the service and limitations
4.1 Information service — not medical advice
Vaccinkoll is an information and organisation tool. The service is not a medical device, clinical decision support tool, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Data in the service is based on your own input and publicly available vaccination information. Always consult a doctor, healthcare provider, or other qualified health professional regarding your or your family's health and vaccination needs.
4.2 Accuracy
We strive to ensure that vaccination schedules and reminder intervals provided in the service are accurate and current, but we do not guarantee their completeness or suitability for your individual circumstances.
4.3 Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary interruptions.
5. Free and premium subscriptions
5.1 Free tier
The free version of Vaccinkoll is provided at no charge and includes manual vaccination logging, basic reminders, and a single user profile.
5.2 Premium subscription
Premium features (family profiles, advanced reminders, travel vaccine guidance, data export, and more) require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing cycle (monthly or annual) are shown at the point of purchase and on the pricing page at vaccinkoll.se.
5.3 Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time under Settings; you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
5.4 Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU (including Sweden), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days under applicable consumer protection law (in Sweden, through the Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen), which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive), provided you have not yet begun to use the premium features. By immediately accessing premium features, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@vaccinkoll.se.
5.5 Price changes
We may change the price of the premium subscription. We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
6. User responsibilities and prohibited use
You agree to:
- Only register data about yourself or individuals for whom you have the right to act (e.g. your minor children or a person for whom you hold legal authority).
- Not use the service to disseminate false, misleading, or harmful health information.
- Not attempt to circumvent, hack, or otherwise interfere with the security or technical infrastructure of the service.
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools to scrape or mass-extract data from the service.
- Not use the service for commercial purposes without a written agreement with Leonin AB.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Our property
Vaccinkoll — including source code, design, logo, trademarks, text, and functionality — is owned by Leonin AB and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the service without our written consent.
7.2 Your data
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the service. By using the service, you grant Leonin AB a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and these Terms. We make no claim to ownership of your vaccination records.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Leonin AB is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
- Leonin AB's total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or SEK 500 if you use the free tier.
Nothing in these Terms limits Leonin AB's liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to the service and these terms
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features of the service. For material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice within the service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or act in a way that harms other users or Leonin AB. We will endeavour to give you prior notice and the opportunity to remedy the issue where reasonable. For serious breaches, we may suspend the account immediately.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred in the first instance to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN, www.arn.se) if you are a consumer. Otherwise, the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) is the agreed venue.
